Staff was GREAT. Very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions about the area and the hotel. Front desk staff when we checked in was the biggest help.

House keeping seemed over whelmed and the rooms could have been cleaner. They were quick to replenish towels and whatever else we asked for with a smile.

There wasn't 1 thing I liked or enjoyed!

Staff, filthy rooms, the fact that Raaj asked my husband if he could find drugs for him.

The pool and pool area were nice.

Half the jets in the jacuzzi in the room didn't work. There was only water in my shampoo bottle.The room only had 1 towel and 1 washcloth for a king size room. Our room locked us out and had to go back to the desk to have the card reset. Hair all over the bathroom floor. The refrigerator wasn't cold.

Room was not clean. Couldn't use spa tub because dirty. Asked for wake up call never received one. Wifi didnt work the whole time I was there. Would not recommend to anyone.

close to where we needed to be, family. as a former head housekeeper for Best Western, you have some serious problems to correct.

matress upside down linnens torn, curtains torn, dog food on floor,carpet not vacuumed behind furniture, screen torn, people smoking in hall. ran out of coffee.duvee torn. moldy shower curtain.,refrigerator freezes

Absolutely NOTHING, maybe other than the lady at the reception desk who was pleasant

Everything, but the worst thing was the cleanliness, or rather lack of. Stained sheets, stained towels, dead bugs on the vanity, hair on the toilet, the bed looked as if it had been done and then someone had lied on it afterwards. I would never stay there again, or recommend it to anyone

Cleanliness of room was poor. It was not swept, cigarette butts strewn about. Bed was not made and furniture was dirty.

Poor staff customer service, room not very clean, breakfast not great, got the wrong room.

The bath tub was nasty. The bed cover had some kind of red spot on it. That in it self made me not sleep on the covers. Went to Walmart and bought my own. I was not happy with my stay. I will not stay there again.

Dirty, undesirables hanging out all over the place st all hours. Stay away from this place

The hotel room was in poor condition with stains and mold on the wall and ceiling. The room smelled and the desk clerk didn't seem to realize I made a reservation in advance. I would not recommend Batavia Ameristay to friends or family.

Checking out. And we did get a discount after we insisted we didn't get what we signed up for.

Check in at 3pm, arrived at 7pm. Our room wasn't available til 8pm. Waited on our non-smoking room, only to be put in a smoking room anyway. Holes burnt in sheets, wires exposed in a hole in the wall. And then a manager who couldn't understand why we weren't happy with our stay.

They charged me a week before I was to arrive then tried to charge me again. Wanted to check in early and wanted me to pay 15.00 extra dollars to do so

Being able to smoke in the room was nice.

We didn't get suite we booked we had to settle for a regular room we went to the pool hot tub it wasn't clean!

Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Appreciated having the mini-frig. Spacious. Asked for an extension on check out-the desk attendant was very polite and accommodating.
